This year to raise money for MIND the Mental Health charity I will be battling 2 physical challenges

💫 Competing 2 Hyrox doubles races on the 27th/28th January in Manchester, one pro race one open

💫 22nd March starting at 7am running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours

These are both going to push me to the max, it won’t be pretty or fun at times so I’m going to need some help… Spectators and runners the more the merrier!

Raising money for MIND a charity so close to my heart! In memory of my friend Luke and anyone who struggles or has struggled with their mental health, sometimes we neglect it and concentrate on the physical side but it is just as, if not.. more important!
