I am getting on my bike this year to take on EMMS International's Four Nation Challenge - Pedal 4 Poverty, to raise funds to support those living in extreme poverty in Malawi, Nepal, India, and Scotland.

I will be taking on the Extreme Four Nations challenge and cycling 250 miles.

I know that any funds I raise will help create sustainable healthcare infrastructures for those living in extreme poverty, give vulnerable young girls the opportunity for a career in healthcare, provide clean running water at rural health centres, offer palliative care to those in need, fight the effects of healthcare emergencies, tackle the effects of climate change and so much more.
