Our beloved PH was taken from us last year. I had a place secured in the London Marathon. Overwhelming grief firmly put a stop to me running, I considered deferring my place. Then I thought to myself, “What would PH do?”… so here I am walking / jogging / crawling my way through Sunday in honour of the bravest and most courageous man Ever. My Soulmate ❤️‍🩹✨

The Nightingale have been so very kind over the last few years, checking in regularly with Phil and offering so much support to us all. To honour Phil, I want to raise vital funds to support this amazing charity to help others.
