Christ Church Couch to 5KM is a group of newbie runners taking on this challenge to raise funds for this great cause. We are aiming to raise funds to help reach the grand total of £7200 - £1 for every KM between Birmingham (our home town) and Moshi Tanzania in time for the Amani Tanzania 25th anniversary celebrations on 25th September 2026. This is ambitious!

As a not-quite-newbie runner my commitment is to run 5K when I raise £5, 2 x 5K when I raise £25 ( ie. 5x 5) and 3 x 5K when I raise £125. After that we'll see.....
