In March 2026, I turn 60, and to mark this milestone I’m doing something that is a little unconventional!

On 4th October 2026, my son (Martin) and I will be abseiling off the Forth Road Bridge in Scotland to raise money for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.

This challenge is about family and giving something back. Chest, heart and stroke conditions touch so many lives, and this charity provides vital support to people when they need it most.

Sharing this experience with Martin makes it even more special. It’s my way of celebrating 60 years by doing something meaningful and unforgettable.
