Cathy & Gethin are walking 25km in July as part of Gower Peninsula Ultra Challenge. As part of this, they are raising money for The Wales Air Ambulance who provides a very valuable service within Wales.

They will be joined by Cathy's sister Jane and Mike who are experienced Ultra Challenge walkers.

The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep our helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.
