In July 2026 Cathy & Carys are looking to complete the Ultra Challenge's 25km Penrice Loop walk on The Gower.

Also on 6th June Cathy will be doing the 10 mile "Walk Wales" South Wales – The Gower Challenge, organised by Wales Air Ambulance.

We will be fundraising for The Wales Air Ambulance Charity which provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep their helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.
