I'm running the 2024 Berlin Marathon, to support the work of the MS Society.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable condition that affects the brain and spinal cord. In MS, the coating that protects the nerves (myelin) is damaged. This causes a range of symptoms including issues with how someone moves, thinks and feels.

More than 130,000 people in the UK have MS. While there is no cure, treatments and specialists can help manage the condition and its symptoms.

The MS Society supports people to live well with MS, including investing in ground-breaking research.
