Cold night in January 2017, I'm trying to sleep after work, my wife (soon to be) decides to throw a fit, literally. Cut to a couple of weeks later and we find out she's been nursing a baby tumor for about 5 years without telling me! Surgery was successful as were the radio and PCV chemotherapies in putting baby tumor to sleep.

Life eventually returned to near normalcy and we carried on enjoying ourselves. The more time went on, the more dread we felt with each 6-monthly scan until September 2022 when our hearts sank. Baby tumor has awakened from its slumber, except it's not a baby anymore, it's a Grade 4 IDH-mutant Astrocytoma (called Glioblastoma Multiforme up until 2021).

Paulina (the soon-to-be wife - 02.05.2023) has had another surgery in December 2022, and she's now undergoing TMZ chemotherapy which is thankfully doing what it's supposed to. Angry tumor is beginning to doze off once more.

Just a few years ago I am certain that she would've been blasted with radio and chemotherapies as first course of action against the recurrence which would've decreased her quality of life unnecessarily, and that's where The Brain Tumour Charity comes in - to provide the researchers with the resources they need to carry on scienting and improving quality of life and targeted treatment options for people in similar situations.

It's an open world survival game with horror elements sprinkled on top. There are cannibalistic tribes, baby mutants, horrific mutants, trees to cut down, and probably the most importantly for this stream - caves. Caves filled with dread and hella good loot. It will be a brand new game on the hardest difficulty cause I ain't no B-word.
