To mark my upcoming 60th birthday, I wanted to do something meaningful and a little different.

I have decided to embark on an island-to-island cycle ride, starting at the View Café in Wroxall, Isle of Wight, and ending at the Vibe Café in Douglas on the Isle of Man. My goal is to raise money for Friends of the Animals.

I will set off on September 6th on my trusty bicycle, Montgomery, who is now 16 years old. I intend to reach the Isle of Man by September 17th.
