On 24 June 2025, a group of us from CBRE IM Indirect will be taking on the challenge of The Great Property Bike Ride 2025 – a scenic and spirited cycling event that brings together professionals from across the industry for a great cause.

This year, we’re proud to be riding in support of the Alzheimer’s Society, and we’ve set ourselves a fundraising goal of £1,050. Every donation will help fund vital services for those affected by dementia – providing care, support, and hope to individuals and families who need it most.

Our team – Ivana Brumovska, Chris Burgess, Ed Downey, Geoff Gaviria, Dugal Hunt, Maurice Joseph, and Moritz Valeriano – will be pedaling with purpose, pushing themselves physically and mentally, and representing CBRE IM Indirect in a community of riders committed to making a difference.
