It's that time of year again and after much consideration we have decided to set our sights on LISBON...well not quite the destination but the equivalent number of miles - 990 to be exact.

We wanted to make this year's cycle ride as inclusive as possible and therefore have decided to base it in Richmond Park - only 10 miles from our London Bridge office.

It seems to have done the trick as we currently have 20 riders signed up for the ride - our most attended cycle ride yet!

The plan is to cycle as many miles as possible as a group by doing laps around Richmond park. To help make it more of a challenge we are looking to see how far we can make it across Europe and also to see if we can break our combined CBS team record of 798 miles when 14 of us cycled from London to Brighton.

The ride is scheduled for Friday 25th July and we will be cycling for MIND in aid of better mental health services and workplace support.
