Collingwood College Amateur Football Club comes together once again, from 9-10th June 2023 for our annual 24 hours of football!

This year, we will be raising money for our charity partner DASH - Durham Action on Single Housing. DASH’s mission statement is:

'Everyone, regardless of circumstances, should have a fundamental right to a place of shelter, and help to rebuild their life.'

We have thoroughly enjoyed fundraising for DASH so far this year, through our weekly 5-a-side tournaments and our Charity Ball. The money raised so far has helped renovate one of DASH’s ‘move-on’ properties in Gilesgate, and we hope that the money raised from this event will continue to help people in Durham City and the surrounding areas to help rebuild their lives.

What is the 24 Hours of Football?

We do what it says on the tin - starting from 12pm on 9th June 2023, CCAFC will be playing football for 24 hours on the Collingwood MUGA. Divided into 2 hour slots, DH1's best footballers will put in performances of a lifetime, all in the name of charity!
