As a locally based team in Salcombe and Dartmouth, we at Coast & Country Cottages know just how important the ocean is to our mental health and wellbeing.

Working with young people who are referred from across the whole of Devon, The Wave Project combine the therapeutic elements of the ocean with the adventure of surfing and a supportive culture of acceptance, to help children do things they never thought possible.

It costs £200 to fund a Surf Club Session for 10 children and with this in mind Coast & Country Cottages are hoping to raise £1000 to fund five of these sessions, helping at least 50 children to experience the joy of surfing!

To raise money this year we will be hosting a 'Pop Up' Fun Day on 31st May outside our office on Island Street in Salcombe.
