The BRIT Challenge 2024

The British Inspiration Trust (BRIT) supports young adult mental health and fitness in the UK through the delivery of our annual BRIT Challenge. UK universities, colleges, specialist colleges and Students' Unions are invited to unite with us and hold their own inclusive BRIT Challenge to improve mental health and fitness, all whilst raising funds for BRIT and a second charity of their choice. This collectively powerful approach is integral to our work to support young adult mental health in the short, medium and long-term. To enable us to deliver inspiration and encouragement to young adults and students who take part in their university or college BRIT Challenge, we are thrilled that Paralympians, Olympians, sports personalities, adventures and explorers are joining our BRIT Ambassadors to encourage participation, stigmatise mental health and champion equality, diversity and inclusion.

Story

The British Inspiration Trust (BRIT) was founded to support other charities and bring organisations together through collectively powerful collaborations to help transform the lives of young people across the UK, between 16-25, who are facing trauma and adversity.

Last year City College Norwich completed a Tractor Pulling competition and a 23 hour Tennis-a-thon where students and staff came together to support BRIT. This year we will be completing 24 Olympic sport events over the two months of the BRIT Challenge, we hope everyone is exited to get involved and help raise money for this great cause!
