Linda Mills is raising money for Cambridge Dial-a-Ride Ltd by completing a Wing Walk on a Stearman Aircraft at Shuttleworth on the 8th September 2023. Linda has been with Cambridge Dial-a-Ride since its launch in 1996 when it was firstly operated by the Zion Baptist Church. Now Linda is a regular volunteer driver and a Trustee of the charity.

Linda is recognised by many people and most of our members, having taken nearly every single member of our passengers on at least 1 journey. She is also one of the organisers for Cambridge Dial-a-Rides newly launched Saturday Day Outs, which help our members go somewhere abit different and be able to enjoy themselves with others whilst making friends and tackling isolation.

Cambridge Dial-a-Ride is a non-profit organisation which provides local transport services via a Membership Scheme that are safe, affordable, and accessible to community groups and to individuals who have difficulty in accessing public transport.

We are a growing charity that is expanding with more and more people requiring our services. We currently hold a fleet of 7 wheelchair accessible minibuses which operate in the Cambridge area.
