Based in London, Glass Door operates open access services for people affected by homelessness. Open access means that anyone experiencing or at risk of homelessness can turn to Glass Door regardless of who they are or where they are from.

Year-round, people find advice and support to end their homelessness through trained caseworkers based at six partnering day centres across West and South West London.

During the hard months of winter, from November to April, Glass Door provides emergency winter night shelter in three London borough, offering up to 105 guests safety and support every night.
