A few weeks ago I lost a true friend to the cruel disease MND. Maria was one of life finest people and one of the people who encouraged me to run when I started work with her over 11 years ago. Last month Maria came to watch me in the Cardiff 1/2 Marathon a memory I will cherish forever. Therefore I have set myself some running challenges over the next 12 months. They will consist of 5K/10K/1/2 marathons and hoping to do a marathon and I will finish with the Cardiff 1/2 marathon next October with my daughter Grace, in the aid of MND. and remembering Maria 🧡.
