At CentreStage, our Get Happy programme offers free arts, performance, and other activities that bring joy and connection to hundreds of people each week. From dance and music to creative workshops, these activities provide a safe, supportive space for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to express themselves, build confidence, and form lasting friendships.
