Every year I take on a challenge to raise money for Health Stars, the official charity of Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.

This year it's our staff, volunteers and supporters who are setting the challenge!

Throughout the day on Thursday 22nd July I will be set a series of challenges. I'll have 20 minutes to practice and then 20 minutes to perform or compete against the challenger. And I won't know what I'll be doing until the day!

If I succeed I'll win a star. If I don't, I'll have to undertake an I'm-a-Celebrity style forfeit!

All the money raised will go to the staff wellbeing fund within Health Stars ensuring that we can continue to grant wishes to improve staff wellbeing, happiness and health.
