On Sunday 1st December my children, myself and a crowd of jolly Elves will be lacing up our trainers and taking on a festive fun run to support better mental health and raise vital funds for Conwy Mind!

We all know the festive season can be a tough time for many, and demand for Conwy Mind's services increases significantly. By donating to my Mental Elf fundraiser you will be making a real difference to your local community. Every pound raised helps Conwy Mind answer more calls, reach more people, and ensure no one faces mental health challenges alone.
