Story

This page is dedicated to raising money for The Brain Tumour Charity in memory of our beautiful Rachel, who we sadly lost to a brain tumour on the 14th July.

Rach was diagnosed a year earlier and faced every challenge with extrodinary bravery, strength and positivity. She never stopped inspiring us, and her courage continues to shine through all who knew her.

In June 2023, Rach completed the Nice Ironman 70.3 just another huge feat in the line of many over the years. In the months before the event, we trained together as members of ManTriClub, her smile and positivity made the sessions more fun and she always held me accountable to turn up even when I didn't feel like it. Inspired by Rach and to honour her memory I will be entering Challenge Wānaka, a 70.3 event in Wānaka, New Zealand.

Not only am I entering this challenge to raise money for The Brain Tumour Charity, but also to celebrate and honour Rach's spirit, keeping her memory alive and continuing her legacy of strength and determination. I believe she'll be with me each and every step of this journey.

Your support means the most, and each donation will help the brain tumour charity fund vital research and provide support for others facing this journey. Together we can can make a difference.
