As most people know my daughter Emily suffers with Psoriasis. Emily has had this since she was 10 and now being 15 still does.

She makes me proud everyday rocking her patches!!!

Being a teen is hard enough as it is, with beauty trends and being fashionable. Although Emily wears what she likes and never hides her Psoriasis away, she can't use nice smelling products on her skin, in her hair or even have certain beauty procedures done because her skin will crack, be sore or too itchy. She suffers with the koebner phenomenon, which means if she grazes her skin,it can turn to a patch, has a tattoo it can turn into a patch, basically any trauma to the skin can cause a Psoriasis flare up ( sadly even getting her ears pierced has flared up patches!!!!)

So I'm running the Cardiff Half in October and thought why not raise money for a charity related to this condition 😍
