On 19th October 2025, I will be running the 2025 Albert Goodman Weston Super Half for Dyspraxic Me, a charity which very personal to me. Although I had my diagnosis aged 3, things haven't been easy, and I've had to face a lot of challenges and discrimination to get to the place I am now-proud that neurodiversity is my superpower and I'm okay about that!

This is not only to educate others on dyspraxia, but also to support everyone with a neurodivergent condition who also feels like they 'just don't fit in'. We deserve better-and it's time we changed it! 🏃🏻‍♀️ 🦸‍♀️
