Alex Bello and Manchun Leung, along with family, friends and colleagues, are taking on the Welsh 24 Hour Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for Ward 7 and the Chemotherapy Unit at Prince Philip Hospital in Llanelli.

After going to A&E back in November 2024 and having tests and scans, I was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer in December 2024 and was operated on within a week at Prince Phillip Hospital and Cared for by an amazing team of Consultants, Doctors and Nurses on Ward 7. Then at the end of January this year 2025 I was told that the Cancer had spread and was incurable but is treatable and manageable! I have been receiving Chemotherapy at Prince Phillip Hospital and there are an amazing team of nurses taking care of me and many other people going through this horrible disease.
