Dad's dream was to transform the 12th century Chesil Theatre into a state-of-the-art, 21st-century community performance centre. Over the last 25 years he has worked towards buying the land adjacent to the theatre and create an extension which would include a modern foyer and bar and an adaptable studio/community space accessible to all, allowing the local community to benefit from this amazing performing arts space.

Sadly Dad died before he could see his dream become a reality but we, his family and friends, are determined that it will happen and as part of the fundraising effort we're running the Winchester half marathon on 21st September.
