Story
On 2nd September I’ll be taking on Mount Snowdon in Rat Race’s Man vs Mountain event. The 22 mile (35 kilometre) course starts at sea level in the stunning Caernarfon Castle and weaves its way to the summit of Snowdon and down the other side into Dinorwic Quarry where they’ve thrown in an array of obstacles, including the infamous Vertical Kilometre and Walk the Plank quarry jump.
I’m raising money for The Brain Charity who help people affected by all forms of neurological condition to lead longer, healthier, happier lives.
So many people are affected by neurological conditions, and having personally experienced loved ones affected by strokes and dementia, and neurodiverse conditions including autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, I’m keen to raise funds to support the great work of The Brain Charity.
About The Brain Charity:

Each year, they provide practical help, emotional support, and social activities to thousands of people from all over the UK and their family, friends, and carers.
