The Young Persons team at Changes Health & Wellbeing are hiking Snowdon to raise money in memory of Sky Rollings.

Sky was a very loved service user at Changes Health & Wellbeing, who tragically lost her life to suicide in November 2019 at ages 18.

At Changes we know the power of community support & the importance of nurturing and supporting young people's mental health as much as we possibly can.

This fundraising will go towards the Young persons team at Changes Health & Wellbeing. We use this funding for social events, arts & crafts and any activities we plan for the young people.
