This year I'm raising funds along with my colleagues at Your Move Chris Stonock for an amazing local charity Chuf (Children's Heart Unit Fund).

They support those who are born with or who develop heart conditions in childhood, funding everything from specialist equipment and staffing that is far beyond NHS capacity as well as practical holistic support for families at the worst times of their lives.

Me and my colleagues will be taking part in a Coastal Trek from from Bamburgh to Alnmouth. This spectacular walk is approximately 20 miles, following the stunning Northumberland Coast Path. Along the way, we will pass through beautiful coastal villages including Bamburgh, Seahouses, Craster, and Alnmouth, take in the ancient ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle, and the sandy bays of Beadnell and Embleton
