Story
On 4th-5th October, our team is embarking on the ChargedEV's National 3 Peaks Challenge. We are taking on the monumental task of summiting the three highest peaks in the UK, spanning three countries. This includes conquering Ben Nevis in Scotland (1,345m), Scafell Pike in England (978m), and Snowdon in Wales (1,085m). That's over 2 miles of direct elevation to climb.
What makes this challenge even more remarkable is that we are doing it with a sustainable twist - using EV's for the entire journey. This means navigating charging stations on the 950+ round trip while striving to summit all three peaks within 24 hours. It's a bold endeavor, but we are determined to make it happen.
We have chosen to take on this extraordinary challenge to raise funds for The Elm Foundation, a local charity that provides vital support services for those affected by domestic abuse in our community. Our goal is to raise £1,000 to aid their crucial work and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they support.
We are reaching out to you with open hearts and a deep sense of gratitude for any contribution you can make towards our cause. Your support will not only spur us on during this grueling challenge but will also directly impact the lives of individuals who rely on The Elm Foundation's services.
