Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words “you have cancer”. Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity providing specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer.
BMW UK Group is proud to be supporting Teenage Cancer Trust to ensure that no young person faces cancer alone.
As part of our fundraising efforts, an internal World Cup football sweepstake is taking place, offering a simple and fun way to support Teenage Cancer Trust. Taking part helps raise funds that contribute to specialist care, dedicated spaces and ongoing support for young people with cancer, helping ensure they are not facing cancer alone. Sign up runs from the 6th May to 10th June.
You only get one chance at being young, and those years shape the person you become. Friendships, mental health, body image, studies, work, relationships and choices about the future are hard enough to navigate – before a cancer diagnosis shatters everything.
Teenage Cancer Trust’s units don’t feel like hospital – they’re bright, contemporary spaces where young people can be treated alongside others their own age.
And their expert nurses and youth workers are specially trained to help young people navigate everything cancer throws at them, from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond.
