Now complete, a lot of pain, walking running and stopping it took 5 hours and 27 minutes meeting some great people along the way whilst being supported by family and friends. Smashing our charity funds target.

This hard working charity supports children ages 6-18 who are caring for their parent/guardian/sibling wheather it be for a disability, non terminal and terminal illness, etc. The children from this charity have said "SCAFT is our lifeline," or "I wouldnt be where I am today without SCAFT." These young carers are going through a tough time at such a young age, before they've reached adulthood so I politely say donations would be appreciated for a good cause.

Working along side me to raise money, there are to sponsors i would like to acknowlegde.

Evolve gym

I have been going to this gym in eastwood for 3 to 4 years now, a fine art of a gym at minimum, it is a traditinal iron pumping gym with great people around, it has high quality and a vast spread of equipment. The gym has raised hundreds of pounds for charity before, I aim to do this with the support of evolve. Through my time at the gym, I have spent various hours of the day realising that the gym is for anyone at any age with any kind of ability or background, there are great personal traininers, including Chris Jones himself (the owner).

Rochford hundred rugby club

Having been part of this club for around 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of playing and still currently coaching and refereeing for the club, and each role has given me more time to build skills and work with great people, whether it be on the pitch, on the side lines or in the club house. I am very greatful for the work that rochford are willing to put in, one effort they're making is hosting a quiz on the 27th of february, on this night, we raised just shy of £300, a large thank you to our quiz master (Simon) and our brilliant bar staff, who spent the whole night working, competing and fundraising.
