We are running the EMF 10k this May to raise money for SAMH. We have chosen to raise money for this charity because we value the work they are doing to improve people's mental health and provide support for those who are struggling.

This charity means a lot to us as we have both had experiences with mental health issues and this is why we wish to raise £300 by May. For both of us running has become something that we can do wherever and whenever and it is beneficial for our mental health which is why we've chosen to take on this challenge together.
