Story

In a moment of bravery (or madness), I have signed up to scale down one of the most iconic buildings in London. I’ve never done anything like this before, so if I look calm in the photos… just know it’s the fear taking over.
But I’m doing it for a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart: Asthma + Lung UK.
I’ve lived with severe asthma my whole life. Learning to manage it hasn’t always been easy, but thanks to the support of brilliant healthcare professionals and ongoing research, I’ve been able to live a full, active life doing the things I love, without letting my condition define me.
That’s exactly what Asthma + Lung UK are here for. They’re the UK’s leading charity supporting everyone affected by lung conditions; funding vital research, providing expert advice, and campaigning for cleaner air and better healthcare.
So whether you’re a friend, colleague, or someone who’s always wanted to see me dangling off a building, I’d love your support. Any donation big or small will go directly toward helping people breathe easier, live longer, and feel stronger.
Thank you for supporting me and for giving me one less thing to panic about as I inch down 289 feet of sheer glass and steel.
