Teapot Trust delivers art therapy to children and young people living with chronic conditions. I am fundraising for this charity as I want to help children with their mental health and well being. Children living with a chronic illness are more likely to self harm but art therapy can help reduce this number by giving children a way to articulate complex emotions and thoughts.
