My Children Riley aged 14 and Macey aged 12 are young ambassador's for Velindre. They wanted to give back for all the care Velindre provided to thier beloved Bampi who sadly passed away February 2023. My children, myself and my Slimming World members will be wearing red for Velindre and some of us will also be walking from Pencoed to Velindre Cancer Centre 16 miles to raise money to help other families that have been affected by cancer ❤️

Velindre, the Hospital of Hope has been providing specialist treatment and supportive care to cancer patients and families for over 65 years.

Money raised for Velindre Charity helps fund ground breaking research and clinical trials, cutting edge treatments, specialist nurses, support services, therapies, equipment and so much more which are above those provided by the NHS – so donations really do have a significant impact on patients and their families.
