Charles's fundraiser for Challenge Adventure Charities

Charles Falk is raising money for Challenge Adventure Charities

Team: Alsford Cycling for Challenge Adventure Charities

Beaune Challenge 2025 · 25 September 2025 ·

For 25 years, we have organised cycle events, mainly in Europe. We have raised a huge £4,378,361 mainly for cancer, heart and other medical research. We pride ourselves that EVERY PENNY that has been raised has been paid to charity - our participants paying the full fees for event entry themselves.

Story

Ok, I am doing this again

It is time to get the Lycra and anti chafing gel on and ride 550 miles in the hilly region of Beaune over 3 days at the end of September. (Ok I only actually do 275 myself as we do 10 miles on, 10 miles off)

I am ready to abuse my body for the good of mankind and a Baguette and a glass of Vin Rouge at the end of each day

It's for great causes. We are raising money for the British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research and Demelza Children's Hospice

Last year I raised 1,500. I would love to beat that total this year. Any small amounts are greatly appreciated

Right now off to start training up Swains Lane

I promise not to send you any photos

Thanks All

Charlie
