The AT Society is the only charity supporting children and young people with ataxia telangiectasia (AT) and funds research to find a cure. We offer families an essential lifeline; advising and support through the many challenges they face. Life expectancy is currently just 26.

I am doing the skydive with my colleague Charlie where both of us work for HSBC. Back in February of this year, Charlie had a customer come to the bank asking for a big charity cheque. We got speaking to the customer about what the cheque was for, and he said it was for the AT Society. As we had never heard of the charity, we did some research and instantly wanted to help.

I wanted to do the skydive and raise money for the charity as I believe it is a very special charity who do special work for children and their families with AT.
