D-Day 80 Challenge · 1 June 2024 to 30 June 2024 ·

Join us for the D-Day 80 Challenge as we commemorate the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings in 1944. Walk, run, cycle or even hop your way to 80KM over the month of June.

Story

I will be running 80km in the month of June to help raise funds for The Royal British Legion Industries. 80km symbolizes the length of all the 5 beaches where the Allied forces made their historic invasion on D-Day. After I has completed that challenge, I will then run another 263km. This signifies the distance between Gold Beach, in Normandy, and Paris TOTAL DISTANCE TO RUN 343km

With every penny raised, Royal British Legion Industries can provide lifelong care and support veterans from every service and conflict, their families, and those with disabilities.

A few pounds can quickly mount up and help fund things like PTSD treatment for a person in need, a day out for an elderly veteran, a helpline for vulnerable people, a safe roof overhead, access to work and support getting back to civvie street.

Please help me to raise much-needed funds for this incredible cause.
