18th-19th April 2026 🫶
📣The National Three Peaks Challenge is a tough UK endurance event that involves climbing the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike), and Wales (Snowdon/Yr Wyddfa) in just 24 hours. This challenge covers approximately 26 miles of walking and around 3,000 meters of ascent, demanding high fitness, grit, and meticulous planning for driving and minimal sleep.
On the morning of 18th April 2026, at 6am, I will set the timer at the bottom of Ben Nevis to embark on my 24-hour journey to summit all three peaks. I aim to finish at the bottom of Snowdon after summiting via the Pyg track by 6am on the 19th April 2026, a day that holds special significance as it would have been my Nan's birthday. I intend to achieve my goal and make a difference for others, raising as much awareness and funds as possible for KingsCare League of Friends.
KingsCare is a local charity that does incredible work supporting vulnerable people in our community. They provide essential assistance during challenging times—often following a downturn in someone's health or changes in circumstances affecting their mental well-being.
Their ongoing work with dementia patients providing much needed facilities within our community such as memory cafes, walks and activities. Support people living with dementia to stay as independent as possible within our community.
I am aiming to raise £500 to support this amazing cause. Your contribution can make a real difference in someone’s life during their time of need. Please consider donating to help me reach my goal.
