I have set myself the challenge and this year will be running the Great South Run! 

17 months ago one of my closest friends lost her husband in the most heartbreaking circumstances, and whilst nothing would ever make this easier to cope with, Rowans Hospice done an incredible job at brining peace and comfort in the worst times imaginable. 

Unlike being in a hospital, Charlie was able to have as many visitors at any time he needed. His new born baby, his dogs and closest friends were able to be there so much more than they could have ever wished in those final moments, all thanks to Rowans. 

So this year I want to raise money to support this amazing charity whilst running 10 miles. (Which at the start of this year I couldn’t even run for 2 minutes.)
