Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a devastating muscle-wasting disease that is diagnosed in childhood.

Since 2022, I now personally know three kids under the age of 9 living in the Bristol area with the condition and want to do what little I can to help by raising funds for research for this most common and severe form of muscular dystrophy.

In 2022 I raised money for DMD and ultimately ran the Oxford Half Marathon in 2023 after recovering from a fractured ankle. So how do I top that? Simple. Two half marathons...and a trek up Ben Nevis. All in 2025.

Timeline:

- March 2025 -> Bath Half (yes, that's soon!)

- September 2025 -> Ben Nevis Trek

- October 2025 -> BOURNEMOUTH Half (London/Cardiff sold out)
