Myself and a group of friends will be running the Paris 2025 Marathon on April 13th, followed by the London Marathon on April 27th 2025 (2 weeks later)- all of the proceeds will go towards this fantastic charity National Autistic Society.

Autism is a lifelong developmental disability which affects how people communicate and interact with the world. More than one in 100 people are on the autism spectrum and there are around 700,000 autistic adults and children in the UK.

NAS will use the money to transform lives by providing support, information and practical advice for more than 700,000 autistic adults and children in the UK, as well as their three million family members and carers. We are also hoping to change attitudes by improving public understanding of autism.
