Story
Unmasked Mental Health believe that nobody should have to face their mental health journey alone.
Founded and led by people with lived experience, they provide accessible counselling, peer support groups, and safe spaces for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness, and mental health crises. Every week, they support hundreds of people across West Yorkshire, offering hope, understanding, and a place where they feel heard.
The demand for our services continues to grow and now exceeds the funding available, meaning too many people are left waiting for the support they desperately need. Every fundraiser and every donation helps us continue delivering life-changing mental health services and ensures more people can access support when they need it most.
On Sunday 25th April 2027, I will be taking on the incredible challenge of running the London Marathon, covering 26.2 miles to raise vital funds for Unmasked Mental Health.
Every mile ran is a step towards helping provide counselling, peer support, and safe spaces for those facing difficult times. By supporting my challenge, you'll be helping Unmasked Mental Health continue making a real difference to the lives of people in our community.
If you're able to donate, no matter the amount, your generosity will help us continue providing hope, connection, and essential mental health support to those who need it most.
Thank you for supporting my fundraiser and for helping Unmasked Mental Health ensure that nobody has to struggle alone.
