Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund is the only national charity dedicated solely to beating pancreatic cancer through research. Survival rates are low, so new research is vital. In the past, this cancer received little attention. With your help, we can change this so more people beat pancreatic cancer.

Story

As most of you are aware I was diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer back in July.

I was shocked and saddened to find out that the 5 yr survival rate for stage 3 and above is less than 10% this statistic has not improved in over 40 yrs!

this is partly due to symptoms not presenting until the cancer is at an advanced stage and because research into the disease is seriously underfunded.

I have decided to shave my head so I can raise much needed awareness and funds into the research of diagnosing earlier and saving lives.

Thank you for your support and I look forward to seeing you all on the 12th of November at Whitehawk Football Club 3.45pm.
