This Movember, the PHR team isn’t just growing moustaches or racking up steps, we’re coming together for something much bigger.

For us, this challenge is personal.

Many of us have seen the impact that mental health struggles, cancer diagnoses, and life’s battles can have on the men in our lives, fathers, brothers, partners, friends, colleagues. Some of us have lived through these experiences ourselves. Others have supported loved ones through their darkest moments.

And on top of raising awareness for men’s health, we’re also supporting North Wales Superkids, a charity that helps local children and families who need support more than ever. For some of these children, the gifts and essentials they receive through Superkids are the only ones they’ll have this Christmas.

So this November…

👣 We’re walking, running, swimming, cycling, dancing

💪 We’re pushing ourselves every day

❤️ We’re showing up for our community

And most importantly, we’re doing it to make a real difference.

For every PHR team member taking part, we’re donating £100 to North Wales Superkids.

This is more than a challenge. It’s a team standing together for those who need it.
