Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I have decided to walk/run 5 marathons in 5 consecutive days for Mind. It’s no secret that I’ve struggled with my mental health - I have bipolar, anxiety and OCD and have been hospitalised several times. Earlier this year, I attempted to end my life, and have had a really hard year with my mental health. When I’ve been at my worst, Mind has helped me no end - their website and resources have made me feel less alone, and I’d love to give something back.
From the 27th December, I’ll be attempting five marathons on five consecutive days. I can imagine I’ll be walking quite a lot of it but, however I do it, I’m determined to complete it! If the weather gets too bad, I’ll go on a treadmill.
