Charlie has been attending SNAP since he was 2.5 years old. They have been an amazing support for not only him but for as a family. They truly do so much for us, so again this year the boys will be doing a walk to raise money to this amazing charity who hold a huge part of our hearts so please help us by donating to this amazing charity so that they can continue to help other families who are in need of support.

For those that don't know, SNAP is a local charity based in Brentwood, Essex who currently support over 4,000 families across Essex who have a child or young person aged 0-25 who has any additional need or disability. No formal diagnosis or professional referral is necessary to access SNAP services.

SNAP’s aims are to inform, encourage and support parents so that they can grow in strength and knowledge and become better equipped to give the best possible help to their children.
