I AM GOING TO CHINA TO WALK THE GREAT WALL FOR ALDER HEY 😱

I have worked in Alder Hey since 2017 and have always wanted to raise money for such a wonderful hospital 🏥 it is truly a special place where children and young people are treated with great care and lives are saved! I feel so proud to work there.

I am turning 30 next year and so what better way to challenge myself to raise money in my thirtieth year!?

This challenge involves 5 days of walking a portion of the Great Wall of China with lots of hills, and I will be training hard throughout the year for it with my colleagues Jen and Nicola who are doing it with me!

I am not a natural athlete and so this really will be a challenge for me, one I am very happy to work hard for and do for my amazing hospital 🥰
