On September 3rd, 2026, I will be participating in the UK GBG Challenge to raise funds for the Trussell Trust. I'll be hiking 20km in the Peak District and also taking part in a 100m abseil from a viaduct!!!

At Trussell, we believe that everyone deserves the right to live free from hunger. Last year, our dedicated community of food banks distributed an astounding 3.1 million emergency food parcels – the highest number ever recorded in a single year. This staggering statistic highlights the urgent need for action against hunger in the UK.

Every day, countless individuals and families are pushed to their limits, struggling to make ends meet and facing the harsh reality of not having enough money to provide for their basic needs. This situation is unacceptable, and we refuse to stand idly by while so many are unable to afford food, warmth, and shelter. Together, we can end hunger once and for all.

Our team target is £20,000 – a goal that will help us continue our mission of providing support and nourishment to those in need. My personal minimum is £100, but I'd like to double that if possible!
